This full-time, permanent position puts you in charge of our kitchen’s direction. You’ll plan and create fresh, seasonal menus that highlight top Australian produce, while serving the breakfasts, lunches, house-baked treats, and daily specials our customers enjoy. You’ll oversee all aspects of our busy kitchen, including budgeting, cost control, ordering, inventory management, and leading a dedicated team. Your focus will be on maintaining consistent quality, presentation, and flavour across every dish, even during busy times. Making sure we meet food safety and hygiene standards is essential. You’ll also help coordinate smooth service during peak hours and assist with staff scheduling and hiring when needed.
