Task & responsibilities

Create and execute business plans, budgets, and financial goals to boost profitability.
Analyze sales and financial data to spot growth opportunities and solve challenges.
Collaborate with the franchisor to tailor product mix, pricing, and service to the local market.
Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring top-quality service and brand standards.
Plan and run local marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.
Recruit, train, and develop staff while building a strong leadership team.
Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage budgets effectively.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations.
Liaise with franchisors, suppliers, and partners to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualification & experience

Relevant qualification in hospitality, business management, or a related field (desirable).
Proven experience in fast food or hospitality management.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and WHS standards.
Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools.
