Task & responsibilities

• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Assist with Prep of garnishes, sauces, line items
• Undertake basic cooking duties
• Adhere to health and safety obligations
• Support section management 

Qualification & experience

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen within a premium dining environment

• Exceptional knowledge of food safety & hygiene

• A qualification in Commercial Cookery is preferred, but not required

• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights
