About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• A minimum of 2 years' hands-on industry experience, preferably within a luxury day spa or wellness environment.

• A Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Diploma of Remedial Massage.

• A genuine passion for the wellness industry and delivering exceptional five-star guest experiences.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• A willingness to learn and confidently deliver BODHI's signature spa treatments and wellness rituals.

• The physical capability to perform up to four 60-minute massage treatments per day.

• A passion for retail and the ability to confidently recommend products and wellness solutions that enhance the guest experience.

• Availability to work Saturdays (essential) and Sundays.

• A positive, professional attitude and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of guest care.
