Bellarine ENT is a dynamic specialist medical practice in the heart of the medical precinct of central Geelong.  We provide ENT services to the growing paediatric and adult community within Geelong and the surrounding regions. Our multi-fellowship trained ENT surgeon, who has recently returned from overseas with fresh ideas and international expertise, is seeking an experienced medical receptionist to join the team at our newly refurbished clinic. With free on-site parking and located close to the Geelong waterfront, this is a fantastic opportunity for motivated receptionists.

About you

Bellarine ENT is looking for a permanent part-time enthusiastic receptionist with experience in ENT private practice or specialist/surgical clinic. Your expertise in general medical administrative tasks and responsibilities such as answering phones, greeting patients, account billings and making appointments are imperative, as will your ability to prioritise patient care and doctor support.  You must have outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and love helping people!

Essential to the role

·       Warm and approachable manner

·       Exceptional customer service skills

·       Experience in booking patient appointments

·       Knowledge of medical terminology

·       Ability to work autonomously

·       Strong IT skills

·       Excellent organisational skills
