If you’re a Mental Health OT who wants autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful work with adults, this role is a strong option.

You’ll support an adult caseload built around your home address, combining work-from-home administration with purposeful community-based sessions. There’s also a Perth CBD clinic available if you prefer occasional in-clinic work.

This is a great fit for an OT who enjoys working independently, values a mature team environment, and wants a role with structure and support, without being micromanaged.

What’s On Offer

  • $75,000 to $110,000 + super (depending on experience)
  • Full-time or part-time options with flexible scheduling
  • Mobile role with WFH setup and community travel typically capped to 30 minutes from your home base
  • Structured onboarding including two weeks of shadowing and orientation
  • Laptop provided p
  • Regular supervision from senior clinicians and the Clinical Director
  • Caseload development supported to keep your workload sustainable
About the Service:
  • Community-based mental health OT provider with a mobile, remote-first model
  • Adult mental health presentations can include:
    • Depression, anxiety and PTSD
    • Personality disorder and complex trauma
    • Substance use
    • Bipolar and schizoaffective disorders
    • Forensic backgrounds (where relevant)
  • Core work includes functional capacity assessments and recovery-oriented interventions under the NDIS
  • Team of 7 Occupational Therapists with a collaborative, practical culture
The Role You will:
  • Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed OT supports to adults in the community
  • Complete functional and psychosocial assessments and contribute to therapy planning
  • Support goal-focused interventions that build independence and participation
  • Manage documentation and admin from home, with support from the team
  • Work collaboratively while maintaining autonomy in your day-to-day schedule
Requirements:
  • AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist 
  • Experience or strong interest in mental health and community-based OT
  • Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
