Your Impact Starts Here As Clinical Manager, you’ll do more than oversee operations—you’ll lead and empower a team of skilled mental health clinicians, ensuring they deliver their best through expert clinical governance, ongoing development, and your leadership.

Who Holds qualifications in Psychology or Social Work (with current registration)

Brings broad experience supporting individuals through personal and workplace challenges Is passionate about developing people and building high-performing teams Demonstrated strong leadership skills with the ability to lead through change, lead with compassion and inspire your team 

Has experience in workplace interventions like training, coaching, and facilitated discussions Thrives in a collaborative environment, with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Sees opportunities to grow our impact through client and customer engagement and service promotion

What you’ll bring Demonstrated brief solutions-focused intervention skills and desirable experience in critical incident management / trauma interventions. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in a previous or similar role

Ideally masters-level Psychology qualification plus minimum 3 years' practice experience for Psychologists and 5 years' experience for Social Workers. Full AHPRA registration / eligible for ASSW, professional indemnity insurance, police check, WWCC, eligibility for DCSI clearances, current Driver's License and Australian residency are required.
