Contractor Psychologist — Mind Health Collective, North Strathfield

Mind Health Collective is a boutique clinical psychology practice in North Strathfield. Founded in 2019, we provide personalised, collaborative, best-practice care built on a science-backed, attachment-based approach, helping members of our local and international communities heal, and live full, engaged lives.

We're looking for a contractor psychologist to join our warm, connected team. Whether your focus is adults, or children, adolescents and families, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role

This is a contractor position, so you have genuine flexibility over your days and caseload. Alongside that independence, you'll have a steady flow of referrals, regular supervision and peer consultation, and a coordination team that handles the admin — so your energy goes where it matters most: your clients.

Who we're looking for

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and full registration through AHPRA (general, clinical, or registrar — 4+2, 5+1 or Master's/clinical pathways welcome)

• Evidence-based practice — trained in and able to provide at least one well-researched treatment for your client population (e.g. CBT, DBT, ACT, Schema Therapy or EMDR)

• A team player: humble, self-motivated and personable, someone who adds to our warm and connected group

• A strong commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and cultural awareness. Foreign language skills are an advantage
