Selection Criteria 

To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below. 

  • Recognised Degree in Occupational Therapy or other qualification deemed appropriate by the employer, and current Occupational Therapy registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

  • Demonstrated advanced clinical skills in the management of neonates and infants within the NICU/Newborn care setting, and experience in the provision of occupational therapy services within acute and outpatient paediatric caseloads.

  • Demonstrated extensive experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to improve patient-centred outcomes through coordinated, evidence-based care.

  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of clinical supervision, mentoring of staff and/or students.

  • Demonstrated experience and/or knowledge of service review and/or improvement using a quality improvement framework.

  • Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
