  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans focused on increasing independence in daily living activities

  • Provide direct occupational therapy interventions including rehabilitation, cognitive support, and functional skills training

  • Deliver services through home visits and community-based sessions across Sydney locations

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including support workers and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care

  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as required

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and client records

  • Provide education and guidance to clients, families, and carers on adaptive strategies and equipment use

  • Recommend assistive technology and environmental modifications to support independence

  • Participate in team meetings and case discussions

  • Maintain professional standards and ongoing best practice in occupational therapy

What we're looking for
  • Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy

  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in rehabilitation settings

  • Strong understanding of assessment and intervention approaches in disability support

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload

  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in electronic clinical documentation

  • Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) and relevant compliance checks

  • Commitment to person-centred, goal-focused care

  • Willingness to work in a mobile role across Sydney suburbs
