About the role
Join our passionate team of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Educators and make a meaningful community impact. In this dynamic role, you'll support the smooth operation of our OSHC centre, contribute to the design and delivering of engaging programs that foster learning and wellbeing, and build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the wider community. Council's OSHC service licence numbers have increased significantly We currently have multiple permanent part-time job opportunities, working either 16 or 26 hours per week. We are also recruiting into our casual pool. Interested applicants who have qualifications at Certificate III level and above, as well as unqualified applicants with suitable skills and relevant experience, are welcome to apply.

Remuneration
$27,535.15 - $32,096.89 pro rata p.a. + 12% Superannuation (The annual salary is based on 16 hours per week)
$44,744.63 - $52,157.45 pro rata p.a. + 12% Superannuation (The annual salary is based on 26 hours per week)
In addition to the above-stated salary, Council’s ECEC (Early Childhood Education and Care) employees also enjoy a generous boost in their pay courtesy of the Australian government’s ECEC Worker Retention Payments Grants available up to the end of November 2026.
