We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers / Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Malaga, Western Australia. The successful candidate will provide person-centred care and support to individuals with disabilities, assisting them with daily activities and promoting independence and community participation.

Task & responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance to clients 
• Support clients with community participation and social activities 
• Assist with household tasks and meal preparation 
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes 
• Follow individual care plans and safety procedures 
• Promote independence, dignity, and choice for clients 
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members 

Qualification & experience

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or related field 
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in disability or community care 
• Current National Police Clearance 
• First Aid and CPR certification 
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
