Task & responsibilities

Culture is a key part of the Wizard Brand, we aim to inspire a culture of success, and as a Pharmacist In Charge at Wizard, you will be responsible for leading the team day to day to deliver high standards of clinical service and experience, effective dispensary management as well as delivery and growth of professional services.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Delivery and growth of all traditional and complimentary health services
• Effective delivery of all services and consultations with a Patient Centric Focus.
• Effective dispensary co-ordination and management
• Assist in mentoring and developing the pharmacy team.
• Support a positive culture and workplace environment.
• Deliver a consistent excellence level patient and customer experience.

Qualification & experience

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)
• Have at least one year of work experience for the role 
• Current Registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA, is required
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Dispensary management experience with a high attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Goal Orientated
• Possess strong work ethic and high level of professionalism
