Task & responsibilities

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Managing day to day office operations and administrative procedures
• Coordinating schedules, appointments, meetings and internal communications
• Maintaining office records, databases and filing systems
• Assisting with payroll, invoicing, accounts administration and financial record keeping
• Monitoring office supplies, equipment and inventory and arranging purchases when required
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and staff administration processes
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and service providers in a professional manner
• Assisting management with reporting, documentation and operational planning
• Developing and maintaining efficient office systems and workflows
• Ensuring compliance with workplace policies, health and safety procedures and confidentiality requirements
• Supervising administrative staff and supporting a positive team environment

Qualification & experience

The Successful Applicant Must Have

• A relevant qualification in Business Administration, Management or a closely related field
• At least 12 months of relevant full time work experience in an office administration or office management role
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systems
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced environment
