About Heali-Ox

Heali-Ox is an Australian healthcare company delivering innovative home-delivered paediatric sleep screening and diagnostic services to families across metropolitan, regional and rural Australia.

Our mission is to improve access to timely assessment of sleep-disordered breathing and obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) in children through clinician-led, home-delivered diagnostic pathways.

Working alongside ENT surgeons, sleep dentists and sleep scientists, Heali-Ox provides comprehensive sleep screening and diagnostic kits that combine overnight physiological monitoring with a targeted airway, tonsil and dental video and a detailed sleep history – giving referrers a clear picture of both the causes and consequences of sleep-disordered breathing.

Operating since 2017, we have supported regional and remote families with validated, evidence-based home-monitoring pathways that deliver specialist-interpreted reports in weeks rather than months. As demand for our services continues to grow nationally, we are seeking an experienced Paediatric Sleep Physician to join our clinical team.

The Opportunity

This role offers flexibility, autonomy and the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly expanding paediatric sleep service.

The successful applicant will provide specialist review, interpretation and reporting across our service tiers – from overnight oximetry screening through to Level 2 home sleep studies – and assist with clinical triage of referrals, ensuring children receive appropriate investigation and management pathways.

The role also includes telehealth triage consultations with children and their families, providing specialist assessment and clear guidance on the most appropriate investigation and management pathway.

The role is performed remotely and is ideal for specialists seeking additional consulting work that fits around existing clinical commitments.
