Role

You'll provide tailored assistance to individuals living with disability to help them

achieve their goals and maintain independence.

• Community access (shopping, outings, exercise, social visits)

• Personal care (mealtimes, hygiene, mobility)

• Domestic assistance (cooking, light cleaning, laundry)

• Medication assistance and home therapy support

• Skill development and social engagement

Essential attributes

• Valid QLD Drivers licence and reliable vehicle

• NDIS worker screening check

• First aid and CPR certification

• At least one year experience

• Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation and Infection Control Training

• Strong communication, literacy and interpersonal skills

• Reliability, empathy and professionalism

• A great sense of humour and rapport-building ability

• Tech proficiency for shift documentation and communication
