Job DescriptionThe Policy Lead is responsible for driving delivery of the affiliate policy strategy, with the objective of shaping a favourable policy and environment. In this role, you will develop meaningful relationships with Medicines Australia and other relevant external stakeholders and maintain strong networks across affiliate functions, above-country teams, and senior leadership, translating complex policy landscapes into actionable strategic insights that support AbbVie's broader business and reimbursement objectives.

As we operate in an international, matrixed environment, there may be occasions where your role requires participation in business meetings outside of standard hours.
