Horticulture Grower

Plant Force Investments Pty Ltd trading as Plantrite located in Bullsbrook WA is recruiting full-time Horticulture Growers to plan, coordinate, and oversee the production and cultivation of plants at Plantrite, from propagation through to harvest-ready stock.

Essential Skills required:

• Demonstrated expertise in plant propagation, growing programs, crop maintenance, and quality assurance.
• Experience with production planning, crop scheduling, and resource management.
• Understanding of pest, disease, and weed identification and treatment methods.
• Competence in record-keeping, production reporting, and cost management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of WHS, hygiene, and accreditation systems  
• Experience with automated irrigation systems (Priva Compass or similar).
• Driver’s Licence.
• Certificate III or Certificate IV in Horticulture or equivalent qualification, OR three (3) years employment experience as a Horticulture Grower with relevant formal training, OR five (5) years employment experience as a Horticulture Grower with no formal training.

Salary range from $75,000 - $80,000 per annum plus superannuation.
