Duties/Responsibilities:

Perform all duties related to the growth, daily operations, care, and welfare of the chickens.
Monitor and maintain the health and overall condition of the chickens.
Oversee general farming activities, including the maintenance of sheds and equipment.
Carry out cleaning and detailed shed maintenance between chicken batches.
Prepare sheds for incoming batches of chickens.
Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the farm and egg sorting areas.
Complete daily and weekly reporting requirements.
Assist with annual audits and compliance reporting obligations.
Supervise existing staff and provide training for new employees.
Maintain sheds, farming infrastructure, and egg-handling equipment, including feed and water supply systems.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders regarding feed supply, feed orders, medication, and related requirement

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Agriculture or related field;
At least 2-3 years experience as a Poultry Farm Manager or similar role;
Specialised knowledge and hands-on skills in farm management and management of poultry.
