The successful candidates will carry out a range of hands-on farming duties across the growing season, including soil preparation, irrigation, pruning, pest and disease management, and general farm maintenance, contributing to the production of premium quality fresh blueberries for retail and wholesale markets.

Annual Salary: $69k + Superannuation.
Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
Minimum qualification requirement: Compulsory secondary education (completed). At least one year of relevant full-time work experience in the last 5 years may substitute for the formal qualifications.
Work experience requirement: The successful applicant will have at least 1 year of highly relevant full-time work experience in the last 5 years, undertaken in Australia. If the applicant has not undertaken the 1-year work experience in Australia, they must have 2 years of work experience.
Boyanup Fresh Blueberries is a Western Australian blueberry farm located in Boyanup in the South West region. The farm grows and packs fresh blueberries for retail and wholesale markets, with a focus on quality produce. The business also pursues sustainable waste reduction initiatives, including supplying surplus fruit to local producers for value-added products.
