About The Opportunity

They are seeking a motivated Junior Residential Project Manager / Electrician to become an integral part of their expanding team. This unique role combines hands-on electrical work with project management responsibilities, allowing you to make significant contributions to their projects while developing your leadership skills. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating trades, materials, and workflow on-site
  • Problem-solving and facilitating day-to-day project delivery
  • Maintaining timelines, quality control, and site organisation
  • Supporting and mentoring apprentices and junior electricians
  • Assisting in managing projects from initial rough-in to final completion
  • Ensuring high standards of workmanship and presentation are upheld
  • Executing hands-on electrical tasks across various residential projects
  • Reading and interpreting plans while proactively planning upcoming works
  • Liaising professionally with builders, clients, and suppliers to ensure project success
About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • NSW Electrical Licence
  • White Card and Full Driver Licence
  • Own tools and professional presentation
  • A strong work ethic and pride in your craft
  • Good understanding of AS/NZS 3000 standards
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Minimum 3+ years of post-trade experience in residential electrical work
  • Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with clients and team members

You will also have:

  • Experience in high-end residential projects
  • Leadership or team coordination experience
  • Knowledge of home automation systems (Control4, Dynalite, etc.)
  • Experience with switchboard upgrades and data & communications
  • A keen interest in project management and leadership development
