Process Workers 

Dux Hot Water is an Australia wide company that manufactures and markets a comprehensive range of superior, high quality, durable water heating solutions, incorporating the latest environmentally friendly products for both domestic and commercial applications. Dux Hot Water is now part of the Japanese company Noritz Corporation which employs 6,500 people globally.

The company is seeking experienced Process Worker in manufacturing. This role will report to the Production Manager and be based at Moss Vale in NSW.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work according to defined standard operating procedure with a focus on safety and quality

  • Ensure the production requirements are achieved as directed.

  • Co-operate in continuous improvement activities

  • Work as a Production Machinery Operator; monitoring the manufacturing process within agreed machine and production parameters to make products in the required quantity and quality.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Strong work ethic

  • Team Oriented

  • Previous experience in operating manufacturing machinery is desirable

  • Previous experience in welding is desirable

  • Lean Manufacturing Experience with a preference for Certificate 3 or 4 in Competitive Manufacturing is desirable

  • Welding experience preferred
