About The Opportunity

Programmed’s Facility Management department are seeking a motivated and organised Works & Maintenance Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of maintenance and project works across our sites.

This role is responsible for coordinating and overseeing maintenance activities, managing contractors and vendors, monitoring work progress, and ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. The successful applicant will act as a key point of contact between site operations, contractors and stakeholders to support day-to-day service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works across multiple sites
  • Supervise and manage contractor and vendor performance
  • Monitor work quality, completion timeframes, and compliance requirements
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and service providers
  • Assist with scheduling works and prioritising operational requirements
  • Support reporting, administration and record management activities
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety and compliance culture
About You
  • Experience coordinating maintenance, facilities, trade services, or contractor-based operations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and administrative systems
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and within a team
