About the Role:
Join the WeAreLiving Zetland team as our part-time Maintenance Manager and play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming and well-maintained community for our residents.
In this hands-on role, you'll oversee day-to-day maintenance and building operations, ensuring our homes and shared spaces are presented to the highest standard. Working closely with residents, contractors and the wider team, you'll help deliver a seamless living experience by proactively managing repairs, maintenance and facilities activities while fostering a community that people love coming home to.
Your day-to-day will include:
You're a hands-on maintenance professional who takes pride in creating safe, welcoming and well-presented environments that people are proud to call home. You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to resolve issues as you are coordinating contractors, managing compliance requirements and planning preventative maintenance activities.
