In this full-time role, you will lead electrical projects from planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for the right person to play a key role in delivering successful projects and building long-term client relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage electrical projects from initial planning through to final completion and handover.
Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to meet project deadlines.
Monitor project budgets, variations, progress claims, and overall financial performance.
Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and relevant regulations.
Attend site meetings and provide leadership and direction to project teams.
Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and operational issues in a timely manner.
Support estimating, procurement, and planning activities where required.
Proven experience in electrical project management, preferably within commercial, industrial, or construction environments.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, project delivery, and contract administration.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and programme management.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements and quality standards.
Relevant trade qualification, electrical licence, or project management qualification is desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software preferred.
