ASR Collision are seeking an experienced and highly organized Automotive Administration Manager to join our family-owned Collision Repair Workshop in Cairns North. The successful candidate will oversee daily administrative operations, ensure efficient office processes that contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all administrative and office operations
- Supervise administration staff and provide leadership, training and performance support
- Liaise with multiple Insurance companies in regards to procedures, costs and workflow
- Ensure compliance with Insurance company policies and procedures
- Assist senior management with reporting, planning and operational projects
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in an Administrative Manager or similar leadership role
- Experience within the automotive industry is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of office management systems and administrative procedures
- Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
