Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work across Western Australia, we are seeking experienced HV Electricians to join our expanding team.

The Role

Reporting to the Site Supervisor or Project Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of HV and LV electrical works across a variety of mining, industrial and infrastructure projects.
This role offers exposure to a range of electrical activities including installation, maintenance, commissioning and shutdown works, while working alongside experienced HV professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance and testing of HV and LV electrical systems
• Cable installation, termination and commissioning activities
• Fault finding and troubleshooting of electrical equipment
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and project documentation
• Perform electrical maintenance and construction activities in accordance with project requirements
• Complete inspection records, test sheets and project documentation
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company and client procedures
• Participate in daily pre-starts, toolbox meetings and safety initiatives
• Support project delivery across mining, utilities and infrastructure projects
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and safety performance

About You Essential Requirements

• Current WA Electrical Workers Licence
• Current LVR/CPR Certificate
• Mining, industrial or construction experience
• Current C Class Driver's Licence
• White Card
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Full Australian Working Rights

Desirable

• S26 Supervisor Qualification
• HV Switching Qualification
• High Voltage experience
• First Aid Certificate
• Working at Heights
• EWP Licence
• Experience on FMG, Rio Tinto, BHP or other major mining projects
• Experience in substations, transmission, distribution or renewable energy projects
