What You’ll Be Doing:
The Site Engineering Manager plays a pivotal role in driving safe, reliable and efficient site performance through strong maintenance leadership, disciplined engineering risk management and targeted asset improvement. Reporting to the Site Manager and forming part of the site leadership team, this role leads the maintenance team and contractors to keep a complex manufacturing site running safely and effectively, while improving plant reliability, uptime and operational performance.
The role is accountable for maintenance planning and shutdown discipline, engineering safety and compliance, contractor governance, and ownership of key engineering controls such as permits, isolations and Management of Change. It also acts as custodian of the site asset plan, leading capital and reliability improvement initiatives, using downtime and performance data to prioritise actions, support cross-functional site goals, and balance cost, risk, reliability and business needs.
