We're looking for motivated Electrical Trade Assistants who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work and want to be part of a supportive team.

Whether you're already working in the electrical industry or looking to get your foot in the door, this role offers genuine career progression — including opportunities to move into an electrical apprenticeship for the right candidates.

What You'll Be Doing

Assisting electricians with solar and battery installations
Carrying and preparing equipment and materials
Roof work and panel installation
Cable runs and general installation support
Site preparation and clean-up
Assisting with EV charger installations
Learning from experienced electricians and renewable energy specialists
Maintaining a safe and professional worksite

What We're Looking For

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
Physically fit and capable of manual work
Construction White Card (or ability to obtain)
Driver's licence preferred
Previous trade assistant, construction, roofing or electrical experience highly regarded but not essential
