Civil Site Supervisor (industrial Warehouse)

About the role

Cirillo Civil Group Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and skilled Civil Site Supervisor to join our team in Eastern Creek, NSW. As a Civil Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and delivery of industrial warehouse projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day activities of construction crews, including allocating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols

• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification

• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process, proactively finding solutions

• Manage the site budget and resources, including materials, equipment, and labour

• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant building codes, regulations, and environmental standards

• Provide regular progress updates to the project manager and senior management

• Mentor and train junior members of the construction team

What we're looking for

• Significant experience (5+ years) as a Civil Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry

• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as relevant building codes and regulations

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team

• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications

• Relevant qualifications in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field

• Current construction industry white card and driver's licence
