We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Heavy Diesel Field Service Mechanic to join our dynamic team working across our Pilbara branches on a 2:1 FIFO roster. Roster and location will be discussed at the interview stage.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Perform field service maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of heavy earthmoving equipment (XCMG, CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, etc.)

  • Conduct scheduled servicing, breakdown response, and component replacements in remote mine site environments

  • Liaise with site supervisors and coordinators to deliver timely and high-quality service

  • Ensure all work is completed to compliance, safety, and environmental standards

  • Accurately complete job cards, timesheets, and service reports

What You’ll Bring

  • Australian-recognised Heavy Diesel Trade Qualification (Cert III or equivalent)

  • Proven experience in mining or heavy equipment field servicing (minimum 3 years)

  • Current valid C-class driver’s licence (HR, LF and HC desirable)

  • Strong diagnostic skills with hydraulic and electrical systems

  • Ability to work independently in remote and challenging conditions

  • Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
