General Building & Grounds Maintenance Role

Opportunity for Immediate Start, Wyong Location

1 x Full time Position

1 x Casual Position

We are looking for someone with a broad base of skills to assist as part of a team in maintaining the overall improvement, appearance and maintenance of grounds and buildings in a commercial environment.

This is a physically demanding role and ideally the applicant must be experienced in general Building Maintenance. Trade qualification is desirable. Mechanically minded essential.  Experience or License with High reach equipment or Bobcat experience considered an advantage.

You will be used to physical labour, outdoor work and hands on experience in general building and  grounds maintenance and power tools, including basic maintenance of all site equipment and machinery.

Minimum Class C Driver's License, well presented with good communication skills is essential.

In order to be considered for this position it will be expected that you be able to provide evidence of, experience in a similar role including original documents of qualifications, Licenses, vaccination status and referees.

Rate is as per the relevant award plus Superannuation and varies based on applicant qualifications.

Opportunity for immediate start this position is Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 3.30pm and based in North Wyong.
