We are seeking to establish a pool of Primary Teaches  for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2027 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Bletchley Park Primary School (PS), situated in Southern River, and first opened in February 2008. We are a very multi-cultural school and currently have approximately 670 students enrolled from Kindergarten to Year 6 (K-6).

Despite being a relatively large primary school, our parents’ comment on the supportive, inclusive learning environment and wonderful community feel. Collaboration and teamwork underpin everything we do, and we work to ensure every child achieves their social, emotional and academic potential.

The Role

We are ideally seeking outstanding primary teachers with exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build strong, respectful relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You should create inclusive, positive classrooms, set high expectations, cultivate a growth mindset, and actively support students’ social, academic and emotional development. Knowledge of the Highway Heroes SEL program will be viewed positively.

Suitable applicants should display exemplary teaching practice, drive for excellence, and have a commitment to best practice aligned with Teaching for Impact strategies. You should thrive in a whole‑school, connected practice environment, work effectively within a collaborative team structure aligned to the school’s Business and Operational Plans, and pursue ongoing professional growth.

As part of our team, you should apply high‑impact teaching strategies and design and deliver engaging literacy and numeracy programs that effectively integrate ICT. You ideally understand differentiation to meet diverse learner needs (including students with special needs and EALD), and you use a range of assessment tools to monitor progress, provide actionable feedback, and inform future planning. Support is provided by a teacher coach and an EALD specialist.
