An exciting opportunity has become available for a Early Childhood Teacher ECT to join the team at Moombaki Early Learning Maddington. This Centre was opended Feb 2025,

Our centre:

Conveniently located in Maddington village shopping center. We offer a curriculum like no other that allows children to explore their many hidden talents.

The modern, purpose-built facilities set the scene for inspired learning every day. The children and educators have access to a range of resources that will support the children to develop their cognitive, social, emotional and physical skills.

Outdoors, the space is bright and colourful, offering something new for the children to explore at every turn. They can play in the sandpit, ride their bikes around the track, use the soft play equipment or engage in creative activities.

Your new role:

Be responsible for managing the operations of the centre, ensuring your centre complies with the standards set out by the NQF
Lead, mentor, and develop your team to ensure all our staff provide the highest quality learning and care for the children under our care.
Support centre director in day to day operations. Lead the team of experienced and new educators. Ensure understand the educational leader role and guide the team and train them.
Build strong relationships with families and the community. Manage open days, centre tours and orientation that will help your centre actively attract, convert and retain families.


Work with your educators to ensure your team is providing a quality program that evolving to meet the highest standards

What you need:

Bachelor of Early Childhood qualification (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong leadership skills and knowledge within the Childcare industry
Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma
Previous experience as teacher in long day care setting, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training. Experience managing a budget for and Early Years Education Centre.
