About the role
Lead and support a class of upper primary students academically, socially, and emotionally within a well-managed, values-aligned learning environment. Collaborate with a supportive Primary team to contribute to curriculum planning, student wellbeing initiatives, and the broader life of the College. This is a permanent, full-time position.
Duties
Deliver engaging, differentiated upper primary curriculum across key learning areas
Design and implement student wellbeing and pastoral care strategies
Collaborate with the Primary team on curriculum planning and school events
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate assessment and reporting records
Contribute to the educational, cultural, and community life of the College
Skills & experience
Relevant tertiary qualification in Primary Education (Bachelor of Education or equivalent)
Current VIT registration (essential)
Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
Commitment to the values and ethos of a faith-based school community
Recent graduates welcome - structured induction and mentoring provided

Above-award salary based on experience and qualifications - $90,000–$130,000 p.a.
