Jabiru Community College (JCC) in Zillmere, North Brisbane, isn't your average school. We're a vibrant, small senior secondary special assistance school that champions around 90 incredible young people in Years 10-12. These are students who have disconnected from mainstream education, and we're here to offer them a fresh start. Our secret sauce? Highly individualised learning where every student crafts their own timetable and dives into learning in ways that truly light them up.

We're on an exciting journey to embrace the Big Picture Learning model, and we need passionate educators to help us make it happen. Imagine: you'll be guiding a small class of around 17 students, with the fantastic support of a youth worker, empowering them to explore their unique learning journeys.
