Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Childcare Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

· Providing high-quality care and supervision to children aged 6 months to 5 years.

· Developing and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development.

· Maintaining a safe and clean environment for children.

· Communicating effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress and needs.

· Collaborating with other staff members to create a positive and supportive atmosphere.

Requirements

· At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in childcare or early childhood education.

· A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field, such as Certificate II or III, Diploma or Bachelor Degree in children services OR At least one year of relevant experience in lieu of formal qualifications'.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.

· Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

· Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

· Background check clearance.
