Here at Happy Hearts our children are the Centre of all we do.

We have created a safe, inspiring and nurturing environment that lets children begin their journey of self-discovery. We help them build their confidence, self awareness and emotional intelligence. As a family owned and operated company, our Approved Providers believe that nothing comes above the health, safety and wellbeing of our children, and our team.

We operate on a no educator alone model; ensuring higher ratio's, self funding ISS where needed and keeping the children at the centre of our focus at all times. We don't post children on social media, we expect our team to engage with our children, not with a device. Budgets are generous, professional development is encouraged and paid for, and support is abundant. Your opinions, your voice and your experience matters. We pride ourselves on the way we take care of our team, and how our team take care of our children.

We are looking for a highly motivated and inspiring Diploma qualified Lead Educator. The successful applicants should be committed to engaging with children and families in a variety of ways to facilitate their individual learning styles and show a commitment to continuing their own ongoing research and professional growth.  If you think you want to be part of a team of enthusiastic Educators then look no further!
