Prevail Care is seeking a passionate and caring Support Worker to join our team in Perth, WA. This casual role is perfect for individuals seeking flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in our community. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality care to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks

  2. Providing companionship and social engagement to ensure the wellbeing and quality of life of our clients

  3. Advocating for client needs and working closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care

  4. Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records

  5. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant experience in a support worker or community services role

  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  3. Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives

  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  5. Current First Aid certificate and National Police Clearance
