About the role
Prevail Care is seeking a passionate and caring Support Worker to join our team in Perth, WA. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality care to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.
What you'll be doing
Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
Providing companionship and social engagement to ensure the wellbeing and quality of life of our clients
Advocating for client needs and working closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records
Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
What we're looking for
Relevant experience in a support worker or community services role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Current First Aid certificate and National Police Clearance
