Personal Care Worker (Casual Role) - North Gosford, NSW

We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and confident working independently to help Santa Clara Home Care support seniors, empower people with disabilities, and deliver exceptional in-home care.

About The Role

• Provide personalised in-home support, including daily living assistance, hygiene, personal care, social engagement, companionship, and emotional support.

• Support clients with home-based tasks, such as cleaning, meal preparation, safety monitoring, grocery trips, appointments, errands, and recreational activities.

• Deliver safe, high-quality care, including health monitoring, medication prompting, documentation, collaboration with families and health professionals, and identifying hazards to keep clients safe at home.

About You

• Qualified and experienced, with Certificate III/IV in Ageing, police check, First Aid/CPR, NDIS screening (or willing to obtain), COVID-19 vaccination, and at least 1 year of relevant community or aged care experience.

• Reliable, compassionate, and client-focused, with strong communication skills, good rapport-building, punctuality, and a willingness to learn and grow.

• Flexible and travel-ready, with a NSW driver’s licence, insured vehicle, mobile phone, and the ability to travel for client visits across Greater Sydney
