Task & responsibilities

Assisting in the preparation of materials and equipment for children's education and recreational activities
Managing children's behaviour and guiding children's social development
Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
Entertaining children by reading and playing games
Supervising children in recreational activities
Supervising the daily routine of children
Supervising the hygiene of children
Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment
Communicating effectively with children and parents
Collaborating with team members to ensure the well-being of all children

Qualification & experience

Certificate III/Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Minimum of 12 months full time (38 hours) work experience
Working with Children Check
First Aid and CPR certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
