Role

Create detailed documentation for residential and multi residential projects using ArchiCAD.
Ensure all designs align with NZ building codes and best practice standards.
Manage and produce documentation for building and resource consents.
Collaborate closely with directors, clients, consultants, and council representatives.
Liaising with clients through the process

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Architectural Technician/ Designer
Experience within residential/multi residential
Strong technical knowledge and documentation ability
Proficient in ArchiCAD
Confident working independently and within a small collaborative team
Strong communication and client engagement skills
