The Role

As a Landscape Labourer, you’ll be on the ground making things happen across a variety of our clients' sites. Working as part of our awesome, close-knit crew, your duties will rotate based on the season and scheduling.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Mowing, pruning, planting, and mulching

• Installing and maintaining garden beds and vibrant lawns

• General outdoor site maintenance and cleanup

• Working closely with the team to ensure top-tier results for our clients

What We Are Looking For

You don’t need a lifetime of experience to succeed here—we hire for attitude and train for skill. However, there are a few must-haves:

• Reliability: You show up on time, ready to roll, and can take direction well.

• Physical Fitness: You are happy handling physical, outdoor work in all weather conditions.

• Driver’s Licence: A valid manual/automatic [Select one] driver's licence is required to travel between job sites.

• Team-First Attitude: A willingness to get stuck in and get the job done alongside your crew.

• Bonus Points: Prior experience in landscaping, nursery work, or horticulture is a huge plus, but not a dealbreaker!
