Position: Landscape Gardener (Full-Time)

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum + Superannuation

About the Role

AUS FENCING & LANDSCAPING PTY LTD is seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Gardener to join our growing team in Victoria. This is a full-time opportunity for an individual passionate about outdoor work, landscaping design, and garden maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Designing, planning, and executing landscaping projects
Planting, pruning, watering, and maintaining lawns, trees, and gardens
Installing turf, paving, fencing, irrigation systems, and garden features
Soil preparation, fertilising, and weed/pest control
Operating landscaping tools and machinery safely
Interpreting landscape plans and client requirements
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
Maintaining cleanliness and safety of work sites

Requirements

Relevant qualification in landscaping/horticulture or at least 1–2 years of relevant work experience
Practical knowledge of landscaping techniques and garden maintenance
Ability to use landscaping tools and equipment
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s licence (preferred)
White Card (Construction Induction) preferred
