Your ability to build trust and live our values will be key to driving success. Beyond solving problems, you’ll help clients implement lasting change by empowering them with tools, insights, and strategies they can carry forward long after the engagement ends. In doing so, you’ll uphold Delwood’s promise of delivering consistently high-quality, high-impact consulting.

Detailed responsibilities include:

• Support clients in defining clear objectives, strategies, and implementation plans to address organisational problems and enable efficiency improvements

• Directing clients towards more efficient organisation and developing solutions to organisational problems

• Undertaking and reviewing work studies by analysing existing and proposed methods and procedures such as administrative and clerical procedures

• Recording and analysing organisations' work flow charts, records, reports, manuals and job descriptions

• Preparing and recommending proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter work flows, redefine job functions and resolve organisational problems

• Assisting in implementing approved recommendations, issuing revised instructions and procedure manuals, and drafting other documentation

• Reviewing operating procedures and advising of departures from procedures and standards

What you’ll bring

• A minimum of 2 years' experience working with a top-tier consulting firm

• A strong academic track record and a completed university degree

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• A collaborative mindset and ability to work well in teams

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proven professional or managerial achievements
