Organization and Methods Analyst

Task & responsibilities

• Analyse existing business processes, systems, and workflows across repair services, inventory management, and customer service functions
• Identify operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement using data-driven methodologies
• Develop and recommend strategies, policies, and process improvements to enhance organisational performance and customer satisfaction
• Prepare detailed reports and proposals to redesign workflows, improve service turnaround times, and optimise resource allocation
• Support the implementation of approved solutions, including new systems, procedures, and process changes
• Collaborate with management and technical teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and recommend further enhancements where necessary
• Provide coaching and guidance to staff on new systems, processes, and best practices

Qualification & experience

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or higher qualification in related field
• Minimum 1 year proven experience in process analysis and improvement or related field 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
