Job Title: Project Coordinator
  • Rate: $600-$750 per day + super
  • Duration: ASAP until 18th December 2026
  • Location: Camperdown + WFH
About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Project Coordinator to join a busy portfolio delivering a range of strategic initiatives focused on enhancing the student experience.  This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple priorities, and supporting diverse stakeholders across high-profile programs of work.

You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are well-organised, actions are followed through, and stakeholders remain informed and engaged. The position also offers variety, with occasional executive support responsibilities for a senior leader within the portfolio.

As Project Coordinator, you will provide flexible coordination and administrative support across multiple projects and initiatives. You will work closely with project teams, executives, and stakeholders to help drive delivery outcomes and maintain effective governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating project activities across multiple programs and workstreams
  • Scheduling and facilitating meetings, workshops, and stakeholder forums
  • Preparing agendas, minutes, presentations, and project documentation
  • Tracking project actions, risks, issues, and key deliverables
  • Maintaining project registers, records, and reporting artefacts
  • Supporting governance and reporting requirements
About You:
  • Proven experience supporting project delivery in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Experience coordinating meetings, tracking actions, and maintaining project documentation
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong diary and calendar management experience
  • The ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities
  • A proactive, flexible, and solutions-focused approach
