We’re searching for a dedicated and experienced Customer focused Pre-Construction Coordinator to join our passionate team and help bring this vision to life.
About the opportunity
As a Pre-Construction Coordinator with excellent customer / client relationship management ability, you’ll ensure a seamless journey for clients from contract signing through to handover.
The pre-construction team act as the link between sales and construction where you will prepare accurate documentation and support a smooth transition into build.
From sales thorough to Council Approval, you’ll be the primary client contact, providing clear, proactive updates and managing queries to keep clients informed and confident throughout the process.
By providing exceptional communication and attention to detail you will help deliver a well-communicated, positive, and consistent client experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the key link between sales, pre-construction, and construction, ensuring a smooth and accurate transition from contract signing through to handover to our construction team
Prepare, check, and manage all pre-construction documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and readiness for build start.
Serve as the primary client contact from site commencement through to Council Approval, providing proactive updates and clear communication throughout the pre-construction journey.
Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage.
Proactively identify and resolve issues early to support a smooth, well-managed pre-construction process.
Ensure all client communications are consistent, accurate, and aligned with company standards and expectations.
To be successful in this role
Ideally 4-5 years’ experience in a customer / client relationship management role or within pre-construction coordination / contracts administration ideally in residential construction, property, or a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
Strong focused mindset, and ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships through clear and direct communication styles with clients and internal teams.
Confidently manage multiple clients and prioritise without losing control of the detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with solid general administration and documentation capability.
Positive, adaptable attitude, with a genuine willingness to learn, take feedback on board, and continuously improve.
