Conplant Pty Ltd is the largest privately owned specialist compaction and construction equipment company in Australia. Our core business includes the hire and sale of compaction and construction equipment with associated servicing and the supply of parts and transport services nationally.

We are currently seeking a Plant Mechanic to join our Perth team based in Malaga in Western Australia. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operation of the business, ensuring that we continue to meet and exceed customer expectation.

Candidates must hold valid Australian work authorisation, including work visa holders.

The role:

Undertake fault diagnosis and repair (mechanical, electrical, air conditioning and hydraulics) in a time sensitive operational environment in our workshop.

You will bring:

Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology
At least 12 months' experience working on heavy construction equipment and a current driving licence would be desirable.
Practical experience of and a willingness to follow well established workplace health and safety procedures.
Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively whilst managing multiple priorities.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
