We have a great opportunity available for a compliance focused person who is interested in joining the Quality Assurance team based at the Penrith manufacturing facility.

In this role, you will manage key QA systems to ensure products meet strict quality specifications and regulatory standards prior to release.

 Key Accountabilities:

  • Management of assigned compliance systems, including change control, stability, deviations, CAPA management and pharmacovigilance. 

  • Audits and Vendor Assurance; support vendor management, conduct supplier and internal audits, and ensure actions are completed.

  • Ensure that systems associated with product manufacturing and product release are robust and regularly reviewed for compliance.

  • Review or draft standard operating procedures against compliance requirements.  

  • Actively participate in continuous improvement and compliance projects.

 To be successful in this role you will have:

  •  Strong knowledge of GMP and quality principles, with an attention to detail.

  • Able to interpret the APVMA code and regulatory information.

  • Strong writing proficiency and communication skills.

  • Ability to work as part of a team and cross-functionally.

  • Problem solving abilities.

  • Ability to adhere to procedures and deadlines.

  • A tertiary qualification in science or quality management is desirable.

  • Experience in Quality Auditing.
